    yesterday something went wrong with my account and I canceled my agency subscription.

    However, the amount has now been charged to my credit card again by mistake.

    However, I would like to make 2 changes.

    1. convert the Agency subscription to 1 Business subscription
    2. add the AI Expert subscription again

    Can you do this for me and refund the remaining amount to my credit card account?
