I can only connect to Universal Analytics. Can’t connect to GA4 analytics

    I wanted to have installed the $59 option and I’m glad I tried the free one first, because it doesn’t connect well.
    The plugin doesn’t work with Analytics GA4, I had to go back to Universal Analytics. With Analytics GA4, which is the one I always use, it gave me all zero measurements.
    Once connected to Universal Analytics, in the dashboard, the Overall Optimization graph gives me zero. Also in the Site Analytics section it gives me all zero. Seo perfomance and Keywords everything works Ok.

    Why can’t I connect to Analytics GA4?
    How can I do to get the overall optimization values?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    Could you please confirm if you have recently created the GA4?

    If so, please note that for a newly created property, it will take a few hours to collect and display the initial data in Google Analytics. Rank Math will import that data from Google Analytics and makes it available on your Analytics dashboard on the next scheduled data import.

    I have already connected. Fixed the first problem. But I can’t get the Overall Optimization graph to measure. All values are zero. The same thing happens in the Site Analytics tab.
    How can I solve that? The rest is all good.

    Please rebuild the Analytics index by going to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Rebuild Index:

    Hello,

    I have followed your instructions. At first everything was zero, but after an hour everything has been restored as before. Everything works, but the Overall Optimization graph is still zero. The Site Analytics tab is also all clean. It has not been fixed.
    After clicking on Rebuild Index I waited and everything was the same.
    Then I have forced the manual data from the analitycs panel and it has not been solved.
    Any ideas?

    Hello,

    Did you import the data from any other SEO plugin?

    If yes, this is the reason why Overall Optimization is showing no data.

    Please open the posts, add the focus keyword and save the post. The tests work when you open the posts and then the JS for calculating the test runs.

    Once you update the post, the scores will be automatically added to the Site Analytics and the Overall Optimization score will also be updated.

    I have tried and it seems that in this way it does start to measure. I think that is the solution. I will keep trying.
