    Hello I saw that my renewal did not passed, and thank God, becuase the plan that I had was too big for me. Now I would like to pay for other plan but the platform does not let me finish.

    Also can you please confirm me that the old renewal with the agency plan did not go thorugh?

    Can you please help me?

    You can’t modify the subscriptions once they expire, and that’s why there are no options to edit or update subscriptions in your FastSpring account. Please share the last four digits of your card so I can check why the payment isn’t going through.

    We just wanted to let you know that the transaction was canceled because it triggered a risk assessment in the payment provider.

    For the transaction to go through the management needs to approve it so it’s outside of our hands now whether or not this can be solved.
