    If you are unable to see the subscriptions in your account area even after purchasing the Pro version, it might be due to a mismatch in the email address associated with your Pro plan and the one on your free account. To resolve this issue, you need to contact our support team to merge both accounts or update the email connected to your Pro plan.

    You can submit a ticket to our support team by following these steps:

    1. Navigate to the Rank Math Support Forum.
    2. Enter a one-line summary of the issue in the Ticket Title section.
    3. Provide more details in the Ticket Question section.
    4. In the Sensitive Data section, enter the email address(es) you want to connect to your Pro account or merge with your free account.
    5. If you are merging accounts, select a preferred email address and include the email used for purchasing the Pro plan or a screenshot of the invoice from FastSpring.com.
    6. Click the SUBMIT YOUR TICKET button.

    Our support team will then assist you in locating your Pro account and updating the email address or merging it with your free account as requested.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Your account is already upgraded to the PRO version. You’ll also notice that the PRO badge is already showing on your account details.

    If you haven’t already, you can go through this video tutorial that shows you how to get started with your PRO/Business license:

    Please install the Rank Math PRO plugin files if you haven’t already from your registered account from here:
    https://rankmath.com/my-account/

    Once you have activated the PRO plugin, please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and click the connect/disconnect and then the connect button.

    You will be taken to RankMath.com again where you can connect your account to activate your license.

    You do not need to remove the free version of the plugin. Everything will be ported over to the PRO version.

    Also, please ensure that there are no Ad-Blockers installed in your browser or your website is excluded in order to ensure a smooth experience with Rank Math PRO.

    Then head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
