I bought content ai credit, but it’s not applied

    I bought 50 content ai credits for $20.9 but when I refresh it doesn’t apply and it’s still zero. Please fix it. My username is amigoblast.

    Hello,
    I have the same problem.
    I bought 5k yesterday, I have 4500 left on WP Dashboard > RankMath SEO >General Settings >Content AI.
    But when I creat a new page and try to use my 4500 Credits, a message popup saying that I have no credit left, and I have to buy more.
    But in https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/ > connected Websites : Content AI credits: 500 / 0 Tracked Keywords: 0 / 500

    I don’t understand.

    Can somebody help me update my credits so i will be able to use them ?

    Hello,

    We have fixed the issue for you.

    Please refresh your credits from WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Content AI.
