Please make sure that the ACF module is enabled in the Rank Math dashboard.
I checked the screenshot, the SEO Meta Box is collapsed, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Rank Math only reads the content added by compatible themes, plugins, page builders.

If your content is not readable by Rank Math. You can get in touch with the plugin developer to make the content adding using it to be “readable” by Rank Math:
