I am unable to add a new redirection. When I try to create a new redirection with by inputting the source and destination URL the redirection is not saved after I try to save it.

Could you please also provide the source and the destination of the redirect you are adding to check further? You can add them in the designated sensitive data section

Can you please share how you are adding the redirections?
You can share a screenshot of your redirections screen using a tool like imgbb.comIf there is no error while saving redirections but the redirections are still not saved, it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that please update all the plugins and themes and follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
If the issue persists, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
