I am not able to add new meta descriptions still 1.0.36.3 update

    Hello,
    Since the update last week, I have not been able to add new Meta / SEO Descriptions to posts or pages. I just updated to the new version of 1.0.36.3 from yesterday and it still doesn’t work. I can edit existing Descriptions but not add new ones. I can add and edit titles.

    We are a non-profit organization that supports Alzheimer’s Disease and dementia. I am hoping you can help us. We are all volunteers with only minimal technical expertise. Please be mindful of our site as we do not have the resources to fix it should anything go wrong. We are excited by your plugin so we can reach more people inexpensively.

    I have set up the login for you above to look at our wordpress site as a Contributor.

    Thank you for the details, I was able to add a custom SEO description in the old and new post.

    Can you please share the exact steps to reproduce the issue?

    Also, can you please try a different browser, it might be due to the browser cache.

    Hello,
    Thanks for your help. We are getting somewhere. I can now add new descriptions within your Edit Snippet section at the bottom of each post/page. It must have been a cache issue. BUT I can still not use the SEO Descrip. Bulk Editor tool on the list pages.
    – I go to the Post or Page list page
    – I choose the pencil icon beside SEO Descrip.
    – I can write a description in the box beside a specific post or page.
    – I then click SAVE by the specific description.
    – I also choose to SAVE ALL EDITS at the top of the list (orange button).
    – BUT it does not save as when I navigate elsewhere and then come back, the newly added description is gone.

    Yes, that is the known issue. It will be fixed in the next update. We have fixed it internally, and if you want, I can upload the beta version on your website.

    It looks we don’t have permission to upload plugin files.

    Please deactivate and delete the current Rank Math plugin (It will not delete any Rank Math related data)

    Then upload and activate this new zip file https://i.rankmath.com/GIZAyq
