    I have followed the HTML add option on my rankmath plug-in setting, but when I try to verify, wordfence comes up saying this might be a wrong action, but I accept and continue to verify. But Pinterest says that (No relevant meta tag was found.) in red and wont being the verification process, can you please help me confirm website. Thank you

  • Hello,

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re facing issues with claiming your website on Pinterest and getting rich pins. Thank you for providing detailed information about the problem you encountered.

    To assist you further, I recommend checking the following steps:

    1. Ensure that you have correctly added the HTML tag provided by Pinterest to your Rank Math plugin. You can refer to our guide on How to Verify Your WordPress Site on Pinterest for detailed instructions.

    2. After adding the HTML tag in Rank Math, save the changes and then head back to Pinterest to verify your website. Make sure you have entered the correct URL of your website in Pinterest before clicking the Verify button.

    3. If Wordfence is raising concerns during the verification process, you can accept and continue as it should not affect the verification process negatively.

    If you have followed these steps and are still facing issues with the verification process, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further.

    Thank you for your understanding, and we appreciate your patience while we resolve this issue for you.

    Yes I have followed these exact steps and it will not begin the variation process. Like I mentioned in my original message.

    Hello,

    Please share the URL you are verifying so we can check.

    Also, share the notification you are getting upon verifying. You can upload screenshots using this tool and add the link here.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hello, this is the links Pinterest is giving me to use to verify. I tried to go to that tool you suggested but it said it couldn’t upload link and then it looks like I have to sign up for an account? And the warning says (No relevant meta tag was found.)

    <meta name=”p:domain_verify” content=”7f2691d4bb73f60c0cc4e49f4ccf258f”/>

    Do you need website to be verified through you or just with Pinterest to inable rich pins?

    Hello,

    The link you have shared is not opening.

    You’ll need to verify your website through Pinterest first. Rank Math offers an option to display the meta tag you shared in this guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/pinterest-site-verification/#num-2-2-add-pinterest-verification-id

    If it’s already present on your site, then please clear your website and server’s cache as Pinterest is still not seeing the meta tag in your source code.

    You may also share your website URL so we can check the tag.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hi, I was able to get my website claimed by Pinterest and I added the link for Pinterest in the master tools section in Rank Math…. I believe it is right can you please check my account to see if it is working correctly I can not tell. Thank you

    Hello,

    Sure, let us know the URL you are verifying so we can check as well.

    Meanwhile, Rank Math already adds the necessary metadata and schema for your posts automatically to be validated for Pinterest.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hi there, so the course I am taking says that if I have the Yoast plugin that I just have to turn on open graph. But I have chosen math rank as my SCO plug-in, so is there a place in rank math I turn on open graph?

    Hello,

    You can refer to our dedicated article about Rank Math’s Social Meta Box for detailed information on how to set up open graph meta tags:

    https://rankmath.com/kb/meta-box-social-tab/
    https://rankmath.com/kb/open-graph-meta-tags/

    I hope this helps! If you have further questions or need more assistance, feel free to reach out.

    Thank you.

    Hello, I have read the article and am more confused then ever. In Yoast seo you just enable open graph. But this article you gave me describes so many things that I just do not understand how to utilise. Can you please just give me a direct answer of how to turn on Open graph please.

    Thank you

    Hello,

    Rank Math already outputs the Opengraph metadata on your posts and pages, and you won’t need to configure anything as they are added to your site automatically.

    You can view the source code of your posts/pages and see that the Opengraph meta tags are already added in the head section like this:

    <meta property="og:title" content="Your Page Title Here" />
    <meta property="og:type" content="website" />
    <meta property="og:URL" content="https://www.rankmath.com" />
    <meta property="og:image" content="https://www.rankmath.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/07/rankmath-og.png" />
    <meta property="og:description" content="Write your page description here." />

    Also, Rank Math does not have any option to enable/disable Opengraph tags as they are already added to your whole site.

    Here’s a link for more information:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/open-graph-meta-tags/

    Hope that helps.
