    I am getting the error undefined message when I try to submit.

    The raw error log shows { “readyState”: 4, “responseText”: “There has been a critical error on this website.Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.”, “status”: 500, “statusText”: “error” } – please help.

    I have gone through the whole api process twice, uninstalled the plugin and tried again and still getting the same message.

    Please can you help?

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    Brilliant thank you. It was the AMZIMAGE plugin that was causing the conflict.

    That also uses an API so guessing there was an issue somewhere.
