I also facing the issue in SEO analysis after recent update. I must say the previous version were stable and user friendly. Even I raised ticket for Woocommerce Product category update issues. See the screenshot of fatal error on SEO Analysis https://i.imgur.com/rKtTKbP.png

You can fix this problem by heading over to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Tools > Flush SEO Analysis Data and click on this button as shown below:

Thank you Michael, the issue of fatal error is solved. Once I flushed the data and rerun, Only ‘Basic SEO’ ‘Advance SEO’ and ‘Social SEO’ parts are analysed. This means all other parts of SEO which previous used to analyse is not running.

Please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
There, you should reconnect your RankMath.com account.
Then, run the SEO Analysis again.
