The error 429 means that the IP address exceeded the daily quota of requests and you should slow down a little bit and retry later.
Can you please confirm if you have selected the Auto-Submit Post Types? If yes, the post will be automatically sent to the IndexNow API when a post is published, updated, or trashed.
However, if you have other websites on the same server or are on shared hosting, There’s a possibility that, other websites may using up the quota.

Here I have selected the Auto-Submit Post Types and have 5 more sites on one server. All those sites have this same issue, how can I solve this issue?

Please note that as you have automatic submissions set for the post type, each time you save an edit to a post inside that post type it will trigger a submission and this might cause a high number of submissions if you are constantly making changes and saving them. So, it can be a possible reason to exceed the daily quota of requests. Also, as you have 5 websites on the same server so there’s a possibility that, other websites may using up the quota.
In this case, we can suggest you to wait a while and you should be able to submit your URL on Instant Indexing shortly.

Which server are you talking about hosting or a cloud console? All of these websites are connected to the same hosting server and If you are talking about cloud console, all those websites are now connected to different accounts of Cloud Console. Yet the same is coming.
And if I talk about auto-submit, the posts of these websites are less published Only a few posts on a website
There was no problem in the past month but now it has been suddenly happening for a week.

The error 429 is coming from the Bing indexNow API. if all your websites share the same IP address (shared hosting account) Bing could be blocking the websites for the total number of requests from all websites. To fix this, you will need to disable automatic submissions for some of the websites so that you don’t exceed your daily quota.
