To resolve this issue, please ensure that you are logged in to the correct account that you used to purchase the Content AI subscription. Once logged in, please head over to your Rank Math account and navigate to the “Websites” section. You can do this by visiting the following URL: Rank Math Account

If you can see your subscription there, but it’s not reflecting on your website, please disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account from your WordPress admin area. You can do this by going to WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. Here’s a screenshot to guide you:
After reconnecting your Rank Math account, please head over to your Content AI settings and refresh the credits count. This will prompt the plugin to request the updated credits from our server and display the correct count. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
