I can see the redirection working fine on your site: when I navigate to http://s*********.com then I get redirected to https://s*********.com and the page is loaded correctly. Same for http://s*********.com/blog which gets redirected to https://s*********.com/blog.
When trying the first URL the redirection took quite long time (almost a minute) but then it loaded. This suggests some kind of server issue. I can see a large number of active plugins on your site, one of those, or a conflict between two plugins can also cause such issue.
Please try disabling all other plugins temporarily, and then try the redirection in a new browser or in Private/Incognito mode, because the browser cache of such 301 redirects can cause issues. If that helps, try activating the plugins one by one to find the culprit.
