Hello. I’ve enabled the Sitemap toggle on my dashboard, and am able to generate an xml sitemap. I can’t find where the html sitemap is generated. My sitemap menu looks different from the one on your help guide. I only see the xml sitemap.

It seems that you’re currently using the Rank Math PRO plugin, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.
Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?
Back to your issue, Can you please confirm if you are using the latest version of Rank Math plugin? If not, if try to update the plugin and you will be able to find HTML sitemap option.
If the issue still persist, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
