Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?
Meanwhile, for the HowTo schema, it seems that you’re not using the HowTo blocks.
Please note that you can only apply one HowTo Schema on a page as you will get an error if there are more than one HowTo Schemas. In your case, you will have to add all the steps inside one Schema via the Advanced Schema Editor:
