Please note that these are just warnings. Google recommends that you have these in your Schema but they are not essential. So, they will not have any effect on the ability of your content to appear with Rich Snippets in Google’s Search Engine Result Pages.

Since it is optional, these fields won’t have any effect on your Rich Snippets in Google’s Search Engine Result Pages. If you’re referring to Either "image" or "video" should be specified (optional), I’ve checked the page in question, and it seems that you haven’t added images on your HowTo blocks, resulting in a warning, which is just optional.
In this case, if you don’t feel like adding images on your HowTo block, you can ignore this as it is only a warning, not an error at all.

But why google did not accept to show it in search result (check attached image)…

I’m afraid that there is no set time when, or if, your page will start appearing as rich results, even if you have the correct markup. It is up to Google to include your website in the search results, and the factors they consider to do so are not made available publicly.
In this case, there is nothing to worry about and it is just a waiting game until Google decides to include Schema for your website. Please note that although Rank Math adds proper schema to your website, it is ultimately Google’s decision if they want to include them with your website or not. It depends on a lot of factors, authority and backlinks being just the 2 of them.
Here’s what Google says:
“Google does not guarantee that your structured data will show up in search results, even if your page is marked up correctly according to the Structured Data Testing Tool.”

P.S: There are publications reporting that Google is not showing FAQ and HowTo Schema for a substantial number of websites so it may have nothing to do with whether the code is added correctly or not.
