How to renew?

    Some days ago I have sent you a ticket regarding the problems in my renewal. I had added a new card information and asked you if I needed to do anything else. Today I see my accounts subscriptions to have been cancelled.
    How can I renew them. Today I deleted the old card’s info.

    Please help!

    If your payment details are right, FastSpring automatically retries the charge 1, 3, and 5 days after a declined rebill.

    Make sure you have enough balance including VAT/Tax for a smooth payment process.

    Please ensure that your payment method supports the following:
    – Payments in USD $
    – Supports subscription-based payments
    – You are not using a prepaid card
    – International payments are turned on

    We accept PayPal, Credit & Debit cards, & Amazon Pay. You can choose Amazon Pay or PayPal if you are outside US and your cards are not enabled for international transactions.
