Hi there–
I used the filter in your documentation and got the message deactivation would remove all data, but I still see instances in my database for Rankmath. What else should I do to remove it? It seems to be blocking an update to my robots.txt file making the site no-index.

Could you please confirm if you are referring to this filter to completely uninstall Rank Math?

Could you please apply the filter in your theme’s functions.php again and clear your website cache? See if the issue goes away.
