You can navigate to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Media > Media Robots Meta and set this to noindex. This will in effect, set all the media on your site including video podcast and images to noindex.
If you would not like to set this option globally, you can navigate to the page containing the podcast links and set this to noindex.

This is completely fine and expected. This is because sometimes the URL can be case sensitive. To fix this, just add the case sensitive version to the list of source URLs too.

1. Are you planning to fix this problem so the link will not be case sensitive? This is a problem as never links should be case sensitive and it is very hard to create a huge number of redirection with and without case letters.
2. What about the problem that Google is uploading my audio to google podcast and showing it on the results, How can I prevent Google to do that?

1. As I mentioned, this is not really an issue and it is on purpose. Let’s take an example of Bitly.com, the biggest URL shortener out there that helps you redirect the Bitly URL to a final target URL.
See this URL: http://bit.ly/2Puw3YK
It will redirect to this ticket you opened.
But, let’s change the last alphabet from upper case to lower case:
bit.ly/2Puw3Yk
It doesn’t work anymore and redirects to an entirely different URL. I hope you see my point.

It can take days or even weeks for Google to re-crawl your website, see the new instructions and remove the files from their index.
Moreover, the settings for media are only for attachments. If the .mp3 or other format files are visible to Google, they will still show it in their results. The only way of preventing that is by adding a Disallow rule in the robots.txt file
User-agent: *
Disallow: /*.mp3$
