How to remove %page% in snippet editor?

In all posts, existing or new, the %page% is placed in the title section of the snippet editor. Somehow this always gives a “page 2 of 4” result. How do I remove this setting?

    Hi Rutger,

Thanks for getting in touch with us.

That should only happen if you have paginated content and you are current on page number two of the total 4 pages on your website/page/post/archive.

Or, do you mean just the preview? The preview is just that – a preview. It won’t necessarily be shown like that in your live pages.

If that is not the case, please share the URL where you are seeing this.

Also, you can disable the %page% variable at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Posts.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
