The last one is added by Rank Math so the first one seems to be added by another plugin or theme. So, since you are using Rank Math, you should find which other plugin (or maybe your theme) is adding that canonical tag, so you can remove it.

With that you can disable plugins (without affecting your visitors) and check which one when disabled removes the extra canonical tag.
Please let us know if you find the culprit.
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
