As soon as you update/publish an article, the plugin pings the search engines.
If you want to manually submit your sitemap again, you can do so from the Google Search Console.

I understand that is the ping feature. But what I meant is change of URL for a page, for example: pakima.edu.vn/kien-thuc to pakima.edu.vn/kien-thuc-giao-duc

The link should be automatically updated. Have you tried clearing your cache?
Is that not happening for you? Could you please share an example link and the sitemap link where it appears so we can take a closer look?
Oh, I just checked, it is updated now. It’s just not at the same time as when the link was updated. There was a delay: https://pakima.edu.vn/page-sitemap.xml
https://pakima.edu.vn/kien-thuc-giao-duc/ was modified about 1 hour after I updated the URL slug.
