It is completely automatic and it’s up to Google if they wish to add the complete sitelinks of your website. You just have to have enough authority and backlinks for Google to deem your website worthy of those sitelinks.
If you believe your website is already optimized enough to have those sitelinks, the only thing you can do is wait for Google to include it on the SERP.
