Rank Math isn’t designed for direct integration with Node.js applications. It’s a plugin specifically built for WordPress websites. At the moment, we don’t have any knowledge of other SEO tools that can be integrated with Node.js
However, if Node.js is only used for frontend development and as long as Rank Math is installed on WordPress, it could work using the headless API: https://rankmath.com/kb/headless-cms-support/
