The problem is, only the new blogs or pages which I create after installing AMPforWP are being indexed in Google as AMP version and my old indexed pages have not been updated with amp version,,
how can I update AMP version to all my previously indexed pages in Google?

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

The Amp versions of your pages will be created automatically when you run the setup wizard for Amp for WP and select the post types that you would like to be served as AMP versions.
The robots data will also be added automatically when you activate the Rank Math AMP module. Please note that as long as the older posts are already indexed by Google, these pages will be served as amp pages to mobile devices.
You can inspect the older pages and check the page source after appending /amp to the end of the URLs.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

but all the pages or post’s have not been indexed in google amp only new posts/links are amp indexed.

    Google search

    Google search

In the above screenshot u can see only 2nd one is amp indexed remaining both are non amp indexed,

Is there any way to update previously indexed pages??

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the follow up.

You do not need to worry about this since the pages will be indexed eventually.
Please ensure that all the pages are on your sitemap and this has been fetched on the search console.

I hope this info helps. Thank you.
