Going back to your issue, if your video is indexed on the SERP but the URL leads to YouTube instead of your website, then that video-rich snippet is taken from YouTube and not from your website.
To ensure that Google is taking that video from your website, you would need to apply a valid video schema along with the video embed you have added to your content.

We can confirm that the video schema is already been added to the homepage of your website.
In this case, it’s up to Google if they honor which landing page it should go to when the rich snippet of that video is displayed on the SERP.
Could you please head over to your Google Search Console and click on “Enhancements” tab and then click the Videos, to see if there are any errors indicated there?
