Back to your issue, as you are using headless CMS for your site, I’d suggest you to use our Headless CMS Support feature for that. Here’s a KB I’ve shared below that you can follow to learn more on how you can do the necessary setup:

Besides that, you also might need to change the canonical to point to the main domain instead of subdomain using this filter:
