These are google’s featured snippets that are chosen by googles algorithms( which keep changing). You can understand more here: https://support.google.com/websearch/answer/9351707?p=featured_snippets
Write “site:yourdomain.com” in google.
If you see your sites rich snippets how they should look, that means google can read them correct but chooses to not show them when users search for your keywords.
If you dont see rich snippets with site:domain.com…that means there is a technical error you have to fix OR google didnt crawl the urls yet.(you can ask google to recrawl – https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/6065812?hl=en)
