I just worked it out. open your desired page through wordpress dash board. on right hand side you will see Rank Math. (You will also see rank math score for your page). click on “General” then click on “Edit Snippet”. Here you can make changes in your title and descriptions etc in a pop up window. just play around it and you will see visual changes on right hand side while your are playing with it. You can also notice on top right corner that Rank math ranking changes as well. I hope this helps. and yes higher the rank math score, better for seo.
