Unfortunately, we don’t have any control over how SERP results are displayed and Google displays them as per their will. Although Rank Math adds the correct Schema along with the image, it is ultimately Google’s decision. You can however influence this by adding a suitable image to your page front-end, it’s common for them to use the first image on the page.
