I am sorry but we don’t have an option to change the sitemap file URL. As much as we would like to introduce a filter in the plugin to change the URL, it is not possible anymore ever since WordPress brought the Sitemaps in the core.

Adding to my colleague’s reply, by default, we do not add the /index.php/ in the sitemap URL.
This is something that might have been configured from your permalink settings (under your WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks).
Under your permalink settings, if you find a similar permalink structure, you can change it to change the sitemap URL structure. However, if your website is live and ranking, then it is not recommended to change the permalink structures.
You can simply submit the sitemap URL (with /index.php/) to your Google Search Console account and Google would be able to easily detect and crawl the sitemaps.
