Just to confirm, do you get a specific error message when you try to do this?
Also, If you don’t mind me asking, have you had the chance to try clearing your computer cache, cookies and hosted app data? In addition to trying another browser? I find that I personally need to action this every few weeks, since the data that loads up onto your web browser – can often cause delays or errors with this.
Please let me know if the issue persists after trying this step.
