I bought credits for AI but I don’t know how to add my website to the dashboard and assign credits. I have some websites on the dashboard but not the new one that I want to use the credits on.

Thank you for contacting Rank Math.
The option to assign a credit limit is only available in the Business and Agency License.
https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-use-content-ai/#assign-content-ai-creditsWith the Free account and PRO license, the credits can be used across all the connected websites.
Please head over to WordPress dashboard > Rank Math dashboard > Help > Disconnect and Connect again with your Rank Math account.
Then, head over to Content AI and refresh the credits count so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server:

Yes, the refresh button should be shown upon editing the page.
In this case, please clear your website’s cache and click again the refresh button.
If the issue still persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include the affected website’s WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
