Rank Math does not have an option to add/remove them on your site. You may need to add a heading on your homepage using your page builder to pass the test if you’re site’s missing an H1 tag.

Moreover, if you need assistance setting the H1 tag on your homepage, you may need to get in touch with your theme developer as they are in a better position for this matter.
