Unfortunately this feature is not yet available in Rank Math but you might see it sometime soon.
At the moment you can disable the sitemap module and then install a third party solution for this feature.

Hi Michael, so just to clarify. Rankmath has the Schema Markup that can be applied to Articles / News etc but no ability to create News XML File.
You mentioned third party solutions, does Rank Math have a recommendation that would compliment your plug in to achieve this?

Then, disable the Sitemap feature in Rank Math at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard to avoid any conflicts.
