    Ok. my fault, I found that during configuration I used my business account and during purchasing my private. Is it any possibility to transfer AI points from account associated with email w*********@g******** to i***@k***********?

    Sorry for not getting back to you sooner.

    We have merged your accounts to avoid problems in future. The Content AI Credits are on desired account now, and your other account doesn’t exists anymore. Please check.

    Please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account again.

    After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.
