    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    I have checked your pages and the hreflang has been properly added to tell search engines that there are two variations of your pages in different languages.

    I have also gone ahead and performed a search using the same terms which brought some results as shown below:

    I am glad that everything is set correctly due to hreflang. It is just a little weird, that you get these results I am looking for, but maybe it is only an adjustment to the search results, since all your settings seem to be in English.
