    I checked your website and you are using the PRO version of Rank Math. However, it seems that you are currently using a Free Rank Math account to open this ticket.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?

    As for your account issue, in your website’s dashboard, please head over to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and connect your Rank Math account.

    After doing so, you should be able to see your domain listed in your account dashboard: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/
