Please share the email address that you used while purchasing Rank Math’s PRO subscription.
However, you can connect your website by heading over to the WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help > Connect.
And you can connect your Google account from WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics. https://rankmath.com/kb/install-google-analytics/

I am located in Australia and the owner of the website is located in Sweden. There is a total of 6 websites, EU, Australia, France, Italy, Spain, Norway and Australia on the one WordPress account. As Rank Math PRO is installed on the site I manage, but not activated, I do not want to mess things up with the activation of the account. I will contact Sweden and ask for the email address.

The reason for all my questions is that I have not been able to use Rank Math SEO for some time which is unique to my site, not the other sites. For example, whatever change I make to a keyword it always comes up with a score of 0/100.

Yes, you need to login into the Rank Math account with the email the subscription is purchased and then open a ticket from that account.
You can connect different sites with different Google account.
For the score, are you using any page builders to add content to the pages?
If yes, please let us know which one you are using.
