Please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Tags, and enable the Tag Archives Robots Meta option.
Further, select the No Index option in Tag Archives Robots Meta.

Yeah, that’s not an option that I have? My free version goes from Robots Meta to Separator Character. No section for Advanced Robots or for NoIndex. Next suggestion?

Please note that some options are only available when Advanced Mode is enabled in Rank Math dashboard:
Once enabled, you will get the option to turn on the Tag Archives Robots Meta and noindex tags.
