To make all your posts Pillar Content in Rank Math, you need to individually mark each post as Pillar Content by checking the "This post is Pillar Content" box under the focus keywords when editing each post. Unfortunately, there isn’t a bulk option to set all posts as Pillar Content at once in Rank Math.
If you have Rank Math Pro, you can utilize the Link Suggestions feature to help you internally link your posts effectively. This feature provides suggestions for internal linking while you are writing your posts, making it easier to link relevant content together.

You can export all the post meta tags from WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Import & Export and change the is_pillar_content value to yes for the posts. After that, you can reimport the CSV file again.

However, please note that you can think of pillar content as a main/general/reference page that links out to other subtopics/details/in-depth pages. Other pages on your website will also link to the pillar pages for definitions or to give new visitors a general topic starting point. So, you shouldn’t mark all the posts as pillar content.
