Assuming these are separate post types on your site, you can enable the sitemap for each of them in Ran math > Sitemap Settings > Your_post_type
As for the news sitemap, unfortunately Rank math doesn’t currently support the news sitemap. you can install a third party sitemap plugin and to avoid conflict please head over to Rank math > Dashboard and disable the Rank math sitemap module then clear your cache.
