  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

A custom post type should be detected by Rank Math and Rank Math will provide the SEO details and meta box to that CPT.

Please ensure you have enabled the option “Add SEO Meta Box” under WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > [your post type].
    seo

    That should resolve your issue.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Dear support,
Yes, i did. But It didn’t show SEO Detail Column in admin CPT Page.

    Thanks & Regards

    Hello,

Thank you for keeping in touch with us.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Thank you for keeping in touch with us.

I checked your recipe posts and it seems this was created by your theme.

Could you please contact your theme author and see if they have encountered this issue before? They might be able to offer a solution for this.

With that said, I have also escalated this ticket to our developers and further check the problem. We should get back to you with a solution shortly.

Looking forward to helping you with this one.

    Hello,

Looking through your theme files we couldn’t find any call to the function register_post_type() present.

This is usually the function called to register a custom post type but it seems that your theme is using a custom implementation and that might be preventing our plugin from hooking into that.

I would advise you to get in touch with the theme provider and ask for further clarification on how they are creating this CPT.

If you have any other questions don’t hesitate to get in touch.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
