    Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

    I am afraid that we do not have a setting to modify the sitemap URL. It has that name because it is the name the portfolio template file has, so it is automatically generated. Maybe you could ask the theme support if you can modify the portfolio template file name, so Rank Math will generate a sitemap with another name.
