here is the url of a job. And yes I filled all the fields especially address fields in the last but I thinks those fields are not related to job location.

Job Locations are taken from the Address fields of the JobPosting Schema. I checked the source of the page (link of which you’ve shared), but I was unable to find the address/job location data in the schema section.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

I’ve further investigated your site, and it seems that the other job posting schema is being generated by your theme. You can use Google’s Rich Results test to check.
The first job posting is where you can see all the details you have added using Rank Math. In this case, you may need to get in touch with your theme developer to remove the duplicated schema to fix and avoid this issue.

Thanks a lot. I knew that the rich snippets are producing two results but I didn’t know that one schema is generated by the theme itself. Thanks to you the address option of theme schema which has been disabled by me a long time ago I enabled it and then again took the test. This time it works. But I wanna know if I left both of them, is it gonna create a problem for my job snippets SEO? Or I should have to remove one of them? I prefer rank math because it’s a great plugin.

You should not use multiple plugins/themes for a single task as it might result in conflicts. Also, it might confuse search engines about which is the preferred version of the schema.
If you want to use the schemas of Rank Math, then I suggest you disable the schema options of your theme. For this, you may get in touch with your theme developers.

Is there any way to disable only job posting schema on rank math specifically? And leave enabled on the home page?

If you do not want to use Rank Math’s JobPosting schema on your pages, then you can simply remove them from the pages.
If you want your Homepage to contain the JobPosing schema, then you can remove the JobPosting schema from the other pages except for the Homepage.
