Can you point to us which AMP plugin that you are using?
If you are using the AMP for WP plugin, please choose Rank Math from the dropdown at WordPress Dashboard > AMP > Settings > Plugin Suppression > Rank Math
If you are using any other AMP plugin, please enable the Rank Math AMP module at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard
If your AMPs are showing a 404 usually when Rank Math is disabled, you can disable the fallback option in Rank Math at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Redirections.

Actually, I had changed the link of the article several days, due to which this problem was created. But now I redirected that old link with the new one.
