1. Yes, this can e caused by any firewall that you have on your website and that could be blocking access to the route we use to update the metadata.
The article we shared previously has more information on the issue and what should be whitelisted on the database.
2. Regarding the connection of the account, please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account to fix the issue.
