I checked and figured out that the issue is being caused by the Advanced Custom Field PRO plugin. If you deactivate the plugin, the meta box works fine.
You are using an old version of ACF PRO and you also haven’t activated the license of this plugin. Please update it to the latest version and that should fix the issue.
