    Hello,

we currently have the problem that some of our videos show up in Google search results even though the meta settings are set to “No Index”, “Do Not Follow”, “No Archive”, “No Image Directory”, “No Snippet”.
What can we do about it?
We use the “All-in-One Video Gallery” plugin from https://plugins360.com/ for the videos.
Our RankMath license is currently still running on the agency account of our former web agency, can you still help us?

(The videos are currently not publicly viewable due to this problem!)

With kind regards and request for feedback.

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

The account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version. It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?

Please note that we don’t offer support for nulled or cracked plugins as we explain here: https://rankmath.com/kb/rank-math-pro-nulled/

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hello,

As mentioned above, the account runs through our former agency, with whom we currently have no contact. Since the current license period is still active until November, we have not yet purchased the plugin again.

Can no support be provided at all without the original invoice?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Can you please share some of the affected URLs with us so we can check?

You can add the URLs in the sensitive data section.

We look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I checked your some of your video pages and they were all marked as noindex, nofollow. They may have been previously set to index so you will need to wait for Google to recrawl the URLs to remove them from search results. However, you can speed up the process by submitting the URLs to the Google URL removal tool. You can read more about how to use the URL removal tool here: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/9689846

Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have questions.

Thanks we are going to try this.
    I’ll let you know ..

    best regards
